Perhaps you are considering a new build project, or it may be that you intend to extend your conservatory in size, or again it could be that you feel that your existing base is simply not fit for purpose (we can advise on this issue).

 You have THREE basic options to choose from:

 Conservatory – still popular with people who love glass roofs and don’t need to use the building all year around. They can enjoy the garden feel for a good proportion of the year.

Orangeries – again, for those who love the glass roof a SkyPod Orangery gives you the best of both worlds. A beautiful glass SkyPod with a very contemporary wall/window/door design gives an extension that looks great and performs all year around.

Single Storey Extension – utilizing a light weight tiled roof gives a quick, competitive extension to your home with the minimum off fuss and the maximum aesthetic and thermal performance. An all year around living space that can be design for any use.

Whatever the project rest assured that we have a skilled base layer as part of our team who has over 15 years experienced with building and extending conservatory bases. Our bases are correctly built using concrete strip foundations, concrete slabs which are insulted and have a damp proof course and insulated cavity walls for any brickwork that is required.

Our bases are also FULLY BUILDING REGULATIONS CERTIFIED. This is as important as the certification for the roof when it comes to selling or re-mortgaging your property.
